All offerings are available to men and women, except Men’s Sex & Intimacy Coaching, which is a specialized container for men.
Embodied Processing & Guidance
A gentle, body-aware approach to exploring the roots of trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, addiction, and other stress related issues – guided by an understanding of how the nervous system shapes our emotions, responses, relationships and wellbeing.
Embodied Processing is an evidence informed, integrative and holistic approach to personal transformation, designed to work with the whole human from the bottom up, top down and inside out.
The process helps you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and release you from what you are holding. It draws on your body’s innate intelligence to discharge stress, heal, and become more fully yourself.
