Cancellation Policy
Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking system or by direct arrangement with your coach. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service, session length, date, and time when booking. Please review your confirmation email carefully. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are considered late and are not eligible for a refund or credit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact your coach directly as soon as possible. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. Refunds: All purchased coaching services, packages, retainers, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. If you choose to stop services before using all purchased sessions or service credits, the unused balance may be applied as a credit toward other eligible services. At the discretion of the business, unused service credits may also be gifted or transferred to another person upon completion of a discovery call to determine mutual fit. Refunds will not be issued for unused services, partially completed packages, missed sessions, late cancellations, or change of mind after purchase. Service Credit Policy: Approved service credits may be used toward eligible coaching services offered by the business. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Service credits must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase, or within 12 months if no timeframe is specified. Gifted or transferred credits may only be used once and may not be resold. Coach Cancellation Policy: If your coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. If your coach is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate service credit or refund will be offered.
